New single "Steinbeck" out now

Steinbeck is, by far, the storiest story-song that I've ever story-songed. Very loosely inspired by John Steinbeck's "The Grapes of Wrath," it  follows the  life journey of a young man displaced by the Dust Bowl.

I’m super thankful to everyone who brought this track to life, with a special shoutout to the musicians because there’s nothing like REAL strings and REAL horns. But an extra EXTRA heartfelt thanks to Jared Salte for taking my messy demo and jumbled notes and producing this song to a whole new level.

(P.S. I always referred to it as The Steinbeck Song because I could never think of a proper title, and the name just stuck. Many thanks to Mr. Steinbeck, too, for his inspiration.)
